Bangladesh Premier League will be live broadcast in Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, North America, West Indies and Caribbean, Europe, UK, UAE and Middle east. Channel 9 holds exclusive rights to BPL Twenty20 league. Bagladesh Premier League has expended this season with inclusion of two new teams that makes it seven teams in total. BPL Twenty20 tournament will span over five weeks, starting from 4 November and ending on 10 December 2016. Over seven TV networks has the right to live telecast Bangladesh Premier League 2016.
Bangladesh Premier League will be played in four different stadiums in Dhaka and Chittagong with Dhaka hosting most of the Twenty20 games. Last year winners Comilla Victorials will kick start the tournament by playing first match against Rajshahi Kings in Dhaka. Seven teams included in BPL 16 are Rangpur Riders, Dhaka Dynamites, Comilla Victorians, Barisal Bulls, Chittagong Vikings, Rajshahi Kings and Khulna Titans.
